The Born Losers MC was founded in 1959. Our name was taken from a movie bearing the same name that several of the founding members had attended. Al Kilgore is credited with formally making the recommendation that the name be adapted.

 Born Losers is given the distinction of being the oldest Black Motorcycle Club in Atlanta, Georgia and one of the oldest in the Southeast that's presently in existence. Since it's inception Born Losers MC has strived to lead the community by example and notinfluence. Our doors are always open to any club or entity that m ay need a place to fellowship, fundraise or seeking direction and counsel. No person or Club with good intentions will be refused. We carry on everyday being true to our mission statement: “Good people creating a fantastic motorcycle experience in an environment of Brotherhood and Sisterhood.”

Currently there are 4 Born Losers MC chapters: Atlanta Born Losers MC, Chicago Born Losers MC, Birmingham Born Losers MC and Soul Knights New Orleans.
